Please accept our apologies for any out of stock products. We will despatch these products (if any) to you as soon as possible, unles you notify us otherwise.
PRODUCTS MISSING OR DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT
Please advise us immediately by phone of any products listed as despatched but missing, or products received in a damaged condition. We may ask you to confirm in writing for insurance claims purposes. All packing materials should be retained, as we may need to examine them. Products should not be returned to us until a Returns Note number has been issued which we can give to you by phone or e-mail.
PRODUCTS FAULTY UPON RECEIPT OR MIS-DESCRIBED
Often products reported as faulty result from a misunderstanding of the instructions, batteries not fully charged, or controls and functions incorrectly set. Such cases can be speedily resolved by a phone call to us. If you are sure the product is faulty, or you feel it has been mis-described, please phone us immediately. We will issue you with a Returns Note number that should be written clearly on the package and arrange for the product to be collected. On small packages we may ask you to send them by post and we will reimburse you with the postal charge, Failure to request a Returns Note number will result in unnecessary delays. Products must be in as new condition and include the original box, packing and handbook.
OTHER RETURNS - NO QUIBBLE & NO FUSS RETURNS POLICY
If you purchase products by mail order, you have the right to cancel the transaction for any reason and return the products within 7 days after delivery for a full refund (but not the original carriage charge). Products must be returned in as new condition together with all accessories, instructions and original manufacturers packaging. Failure to do so may incur a charge for replacing the missing or damaged items. In order to avoid administration delays, we urge you to first telephone us for a Returns Note number which should be clearly written on the outside of the parcel. We can arrange collection if required, but you will be charged for the carriage costs incurred by us.
WARRANTY
New products supplied by us are guaranteed for 12 months, except Yaesu and Icom, which are both guaranteed for 24 months. Used products are guaranteed for 3 months. Parts and labour are both covered under the guarantee. This runs concurrently with any manufacturer's express warranty that may apply. The said warranty will be rendered void if the internal workings have been tampered with beyond that sanctioned by the manufacturers or ourselves. The warranty excludes wear and tear, external or internal damage caused through misuse or accident. We can offer extended warranties for up to 5 years at competetive prices. Please contact the sales department for more information. All information given about the warranty is in addition to the customer's statutory rights and those rights are unaffected.
